Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of an office or department. This role supports managers and team members by handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and maintaining organized systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and/or paper)
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
